3 bad habits that cause aging of the skin on women

 Women often find every way to keep them younger without knowing the reason that causes fast aging of the skin is daily bad habits. Let’s find out which are those and avoid them.

Frowning

Most women are easy to be angry, if things don’t go on their way, they will easily frown. Frowning will make your skin be saggy, easy to form a long groove which turns to be small wrinkles, pore on the skin will be shrunk and your skin can’t ‘breathe’, and that how aging of the skin happens. The metabolism and blood circulation in the skin decreases. Surly people have both uncomfortable mood and dark green skin.

Staying up late

Staying up late is very harmful to skin, especially your facial skin. From 10 to 11 pm is the time for your skin to relax and recover. Constantly staying up late will the disorganized circulatory system of metabolism and the nervous system which leads to aging of the skin, the skin will be dry, dark and reducing elasticity, difficult to recover and appearance of wrinkles. Staying up late also, cause dark circles around the eyes and reduce the flexibility in the face. Therefore, no matter how busy your work is, you should leave it on a side have a good sleep for 8 hours a day, go to bed before 10 pm. A deep sleep is the most important and efficient makeup for your skin.

Going under sunlight without protection

Much exposure to the sun is very harmful to your skin which causes your skin to be dry and damaged skin area around your eyes. Besides, sunlight damages the collagen in your skin which leads to aging of the skin and wrinkles are easier to appear. Sunlight is the source of ultraviolet radiation – a kind of ray which damages your skin greatly and causes skin cancer. The harm of UV ray depends on light intensity, the time od exposure and whether or not your skin is protected with clothes or sunscreen. There is nothing called healthy UV ray or healthy exposure, you should be aware.
