3 drinks for weight loss program that will amaze you

 Starting a new day with a glass of warm lime juice and honey has become a legendary habit of many women using for their weight loss program. But according to nutrition experts, this is not the only elixir with weight loss effect. In fact, there are 3 of them that will brighten your day and give you more options for detox drinks in combination with a healthy lifestyle.

1. Coffee

According to a study, when using coffee, a person can increase their intensity and time for working out up to 20%, even if they don’t use machine or  sports equipment. This study showed that if you drink 2 to 3 cups of coffee before working out, it will help you to last your weight loss program more than usual. The most important thing to do is drinking black coffee (with a little bit of  sugar for dieters), because if you add cream or glucose sugar, your weight loss effort is just a zero. besides, you should not drink over 4 cups of coffee a day.

2. Ice water

Instead of drinking lime and honey juice every morning, you can just drink ice water if you are busy and can’t make lime juice. Ice water will make you burn more energy to keep a stable temperature at 37oC. according to nutrition experts, it means if you drink ice water every day, your body will burn 100 more calories. Doing this will help you to lose 4 to 5 kg within 1 year. However, although it is considered to be effective in a weight loss program but it may affect your digestive system. Therefore, you should not drink ice water which is too cold (only cool water, perhaps) to keep it healthy.

3. Green tea

It’s not just a low calories drink, it’s also effective for burning fat and losing weight. In a recent study, people who drink 4 glasses of green tea every day in their weight loss program within 2 months can lose 3 kg more than those who only drink water.
