Doctors warn some new living habits in modern life that woman may think them to be harmless but actually increase your risk of getting metastatic breast cancer.
1. Using hormonal drugs subjectively for long term
Nowadays, many women, especially who are over 40, use hormonal drugs subjectively for the want of being younger, lasting the menstruation and sex life. They often buy and use by the movement and explain that other women surround them also use.
According to obstetricians, the need for lasting the youth is totally understandable. But hormonal drugs should be only used in a specific time with a prescription when doctors have already eliminated risk factors. If not, this could be the risk of metastatic breast cancer.
2. Working at night frequently
According to cancer doctors, for those who frequently work overnight – there are many researchers in the world had proved – will have a higher risk of getting metastatic breast cancer. They could be night janitors, medical staffs and part-time employees.
The night is the time for the body to rest and recreate cells as a normal biomechanics. But for those women who work at night, they are shined by lights, which increase the vagaries of cells and lead to cancer.
3. Using too much sunscreen
If you are using too much sunscreen, wear a thick layer of clothes when going out because you concern of skin cancer or just simply don’t want to get tan, then it could lead to the lack of vitamin D, and also a risk of metastatic breast cancer.
Women have rights to want to be beautiful. However, whenever you use cosmetics, hair dyes and deodorants, you need a careful selection. Researchers had proved that the less smelly cosmetics the safer because aroma chemicals are ring benzene which causes risk of breast cancer.
4. Eating fast food
Eating fast food and sedentary cause obesity and a higher risk of cancer. The female hormone is not produced in ovary but also from fat tissues. Therefore, fat women or obese women, the high level of estrogen can activate breast cells to become metastatic breast cancer cells.
